Q.1- First of all, please introduce yourself to us. How did you get involved in crypto? What's your role in Genius Assets?

...my name is Flavius-Sebastian Cocora (I always say my name, so you understand we as team are real people, not hiding)!
Ok. In my last 14 years of online businesses I managed to see all kinds of projects and ideas and gathered a lot of experience in this world and a lot of business relationships.
I had a brake in 2016-2018 and conducted some offline businesses. The last 3 years I got involved in company auctions and then (re)entered in the crypto world.
My expertise is in the selling industry, marketing and branding, crypto projects, learning and teaching. Had several crypto projects in core team or executive as a marketing head, advisor, consultant or coordinator.
Right now I am leading the Marketing Department as CMO & Crypto Expert Genius Assets, the place of assets tokenization! 💪

Why Genius?
We started from the main idea that each and every one of us can be a GENIUS itself and can make all the dreams come true. You just need to find your inside Genius and let it our for a higher purpose. Host:Q.2- Now please tell us about your project and what were the initial thoughts and motives behind Genius Assets?
Guest:I will use 3 KEY words 😎
- CONNECTING 3 worlds: real estate, crypto sphere & clasic network
- TOKENIZATION: as we want to fragment the real world, wile many want to go in the metaverse, first we want to put the real world in the digital realm
- REGLEMENATION: 2023 will be the all about rules and regulations, we are in place with that and ahead of the curve, wile many projects will disappear :(, we will STAY and grow
Host:Q.3- There are many projects in the world and most of them are struggling in bear market. My question is why and how Genius Assets is unique and better than others?

Host:Q.4-Token economics is essential to a project. Could you introduce the token economics of Genius Assets?

One thing to understand from our Tokenomics is, that we are a DEFLATIONARY token, as we build a burning program.
How would work that (not marketing thing 🤣), but when you invest the IUX Token, for the real assets (that are tokenized) you generate passive income.
When we pay the dividents/rewards, to avoid SELLING pressure, we will burn (mirror) the tokens we give from the SUPPLY.

Host:Q.5- What is your most important next priority according to the project roadmap? Is the team equipped with sufficient funds and community to meet that goal?

For 2022 (what is left 😌) we plan to launch the utility token (16 of June).
Then we plan to launch the Staking Program, we did it in-house, not a 3rd party Dapp, you will love it ❤️
And in the last months of the year, first Q of 2023 to launch the first FRAGMENTED OWNERSHIP PROGRAM (FOP), basically the first REAL ASSET that would be fragmented/tokenized into our platform!

Q.No 1 : Good progress and project
Being a sustainable one is what Investors look out for
How do you intend to keep users more interested in project, what facilities and other blockchain utilities are you creating? Would they be bug bounties or airdrops?
Guest:FIRST, you need to understand that we are creating an incredible connection between real assets and the crypto world using blockchain, with tokenizing marketplaces in many spheres.

Host:Q.No.2:How is this project protected against possible whales and scams? What protection system does it use for user funds? In general terms, how do I know that my investment will be totally safe, do you give any security?
Guest:We are going to use the blockchain technology, through a Smart Contract well written, that will benefit the real estate transaction. Basically, you are going to invest in real estate tokenized projects (FOP), in the same way you are investing in the #cryptoworld right now. The difference is that you will have the right to rewards, quarterly or annually, in the contract you sign.
Our technical team is developing the testing phase, with all the details needed, making everythin go smoothly.
So, for the dev team we already use one of top 5 companies from East of Europe; and we also build our own internal IT team!
For funding, I said earlier in first questions, we have a big network from our founder, he managed to build a community of 290k people in 13 years, so we can always rely on an audience that we reached so less, less then 1%
Ok, then obviously we have the marketing plan on the role, so that will attract many crypto enthusiasts
BTW when we are talking about Genius Assets, we are not talking only about ICO. We help people diversify their portfolios, by bringing various real world assets into the platform.
Host:Q.No.3:Right now, issuing a token is a fairly simple process. However, building systems and ecosystems is the hardest part.
My question is, how will the demand for tokens increase and how will this token be used in the #GeniusAssets ecosystem?
Guest:Our focus is now on growing a real, engaging and powerful community! YES GLOBAL community, no country restrictions, as we are a global project!
Yes we want investors obviously, but first I want them to UNDERSTAND what we do and how we do it.
Everybody looks for profit, Xs (10-20-30,100x) and everything is related to the price, BUT what if you understand the vision and stick with the long run?
What if you can generate income month by month that will FREE you?!

Currently most investors are buying tokens/nft for short term, less concerned about their long term potential. So how can you tell us that holding these tokens will be more profitable in the long run, and what are your plans to increase demand and token scarcity.?
Guest:I already said:
- the model that we use
- everything is secured (very secured) on our own platform
- we work with the best (check the website team)
- we have big network from our founder who support us
- we are dealing with the hardest thing from crypto: tokenization/fragmentation
